Dr. Diana Stripp Joins Commonwealth Atrius Cancer Center as Radiation Oncologist
Weymouth, MA: Diana Stripp, MD has joined the growing staff at Commonwealth Atrius Cancer Center in Weymouth, Mass., as a board-certified radiation oncologist. She joins Claire Fung, M.D., Director of Radiation Oncology at Commonwealth Atrius, the area’s first free-standing cancer center providing comprehensive cancer care in one location.
Prior to joining Commonwealth Atrius, Dr. Stripp was an associate physician at Princeton Radiology Associates in Princeton, NJ. After receiving her M.D. from the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, she completed her internship at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. She then completed her residency in radiation oncology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, where she continued as an Assistant Professor.
Dr. Stripp specializes in the treatment of adult cancers, including lung, head, and neck cancers. She is also skilled in the use of brachytherapy for prostate and other cancers.
She has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals, and she frequently serves as a guest reviewer for the International Journal of Radiation Oncology, Biology, & Physics. She is a member of the American Society for Theraputic Radiology and Oncology, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Medical Association, and the American Society for Women Radiologists.

Commonwealth Hematology-Oncology (CHO), based in Quincy, Mass., with offices and clinical sites throughout Massachusetts, is the largest private practice cancer care network in New England.
