Medical Oncology

The medical oncologists at CACC, all CHO staff physicians, are continuing a long tradition of service. In fact, our distinguished physicians and nursing professionals have been caring for local patients for more than three decades. In our private, spacious offices, we promote maximum patient comfort and minimal waiting time. Facilities include an on-site, full-service laboratory and a roomy Infusion Center, where family members and friends can offer their support to patients.

Oncology services include diagnostic evaluation and staging, chemotherapy, targeted cancer therapy, hormonal therapy, coordination of radiation therapy, immunologic therapy, and a wide array of patient support services.

One way to describe our approach is a marriage between technology and humanity. We use evidence-based medicine and apply the highest standards of quality control. A hallmark of our practice is a highly sophisticated software program called Intellidose that monitors the correct chemotherapy doses and dramatically reduces the risk of errors.
